Refund and cancellation policy

Our service delivery timeframe is instant since we are a consulting business. After obtaining verbal agreement from the customer, an order confirmation in written form is sent to the customer over the email address to obtain their signature electronically. If the customer is still not satisfied, they always have the option to submit a refund request to our dispute department and the refund request would be carried out within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the refund policy.
